WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please contact Dark Side of the Broom within 14 days of receiving your order. Generally we request photographs of any items that may arrive damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Live sale orders and sale items are not returnable. Any damage to items is disclosed during the live sale and will be noted on your listing. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

Any gifts contained in the order are included in the order and must be returned if your order is returned. If the gifts are not returned the cost will be deducted from any refund that is given.
