Live Sale Rules
Please read the following guide before claiming during a live sale.

1. Do NOT bid if you don't intend on buying.

2. If you cannot pay within 24 hours of claiming please do not claim any items. I am a very small business and every order is important to keep the shop running.
​
3. If someone asks to see a specific item or material they will get first choice to purchase.
​
4. Claim by responding in chat with claim and the price of the item.
​
5. If noone requests to see the item shown the first claim to show on the live host's screen will win the claim.
​
6. During the live sale you will be given a choice of how to pay. Either by receiving an invoice through Paypal or I will post your live sale claim to darksideofthebroom.biz. You would locate your user name on the website and checkout as normal.

7. Payment is currently through Paypal.
​
8. Payment MUST be received within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to you. If payment is not received within 24 hours and you do not message customer service you will be blocked and loose your claims.

9. If you wish to agree to a payment plan you MUST contact Dark Side of the Broom PRIOR to claiming items. Your order must be over $200 and you must provide a non refundable deposit of at least 50% down with the remainder being paid by the end of the current month. THIS NEEDS TO BE AGREED TO PRIOR TO CLAIMING ANY ITEMS.

10. Shipping is a $10 flat rate to the USA (Dark Side of the Broom will reduce shipping at their discretion for small orders). Orders $150 or more will receive free shipping. Shipping fee does not count towards $150 for free shipping.

11. You may pay as you go and request shipment after reaching $150. For example - live sale #1 claim $40 dollars worth of items. You must pay within 24 hours. Let Customer Service know you wish to have your basket held. Live Sale #2 claim $60 dollars worth of items. Payment must be received within 24 hours. Live sale #3 claim $50 worth of items. Payment must be received withint 24 hours. Items will then ship at a free rate. Shipping will be charged on the first invoice but you will receive a credit once you exceed $150 of merchandise. Shipping fee does not count towards $150 for free shipping.

12. Please be respectful during all live sales. If at any time someone causes drama or disrespects the host or any members you will be permanently blocked.
